What is Guncha's new online concept store?
An online store that has a conceptual selection of articles centered around spirit and the majestic Indian Himalaya. Customers can place an order via the online store and have their order delivered to their door worldwide. We work in a more eco-centric approach via pod in which the article is produced on order placement and then sent to you via delivery. Shipping is offered worldwide.
What is the return and refund policy for the concept store if I place an order?
Items are non-returnable as they are produced on order only ie; made on order. We do not offer refunds for orders. All goods are quality checked by our partners prior to the order being sent out to a customer. Our partner units are predominantly located in the United States however have fulfilment units around the world. Quality control is of an international standard. What is the size of the caps?
All sizes are detailed on the individual product pages, because we work with international suppliers the sizes are universal ie; US, UK Europe and others.
Are the collections limited edition?
Some collections are limited edition and may not be available if the item becomes sold out.
Is there an offer for free delivery or are there any offers available?
Delivery is chargeable and will be displayed when you are placing your order via our online store. For orders over £100.00 delivery is free. We do have special offers on a selection of items from time to time and the best way to be informed of our offers first is to sign up to our newsletter or waiting list.
Can an order be placed outside of India?
Yes we ship worldwide please note that delivery period varies depending on your location.
Are the collections shipped from India when ordered?
We work with a fulfillment supplier whom has locations all over the world and your order will be shipped from the fulfillment partner nearest to your country which gives our customer the benefit of receiving their order quality checked and in a more timely way according to International deliveries. As well as streamlining energy efficiency in the process.
What is the HGD resort 2022 collection?
The resort collection is an inter-season or pre-season line of ready-to-wear clothing/accessories produced/designed by HGD inspired by the Indian Himalaya.
Can you buy a HGD cap from a physical store anywhere in India?
No, the HGD resort 2022 is available to our customers via our official online store.
When is the next new release of resort upcoming?
The selection is updated monthly and the best way to be notified when the store has been updated is by signing up to HGD newsletter or simply join our waiting list.
Order for your friends and family by adding their shipping address during the order process, the order will be delivered straight to their home.
What about gift wrapping? What will the order be delivered in?
Currently gift wrapping is not available, all orders are delivered in brown boxes or mail order bags depending on the size of your order(s).

What has inspired the HGD Resort 2022 range?
The HGD Resort range is inspired by the Himalaya. The Himalaya has many facets that are deeply intertwined with the evolution of the natural world and the development of the human spirit. A relationship deeper than just representation, one that holds grave significance in the evolution of the human spirit, an enigmatic larger than life vision that has acted as force of protection, fertility, inspiration, spiritual connectivity, as well as its ancient relationship with the intricate spiritual ways of India. Visually and metaphysically the Himalaya have held many admirers, it has its own pulse, a sort of heartbeat that can only be experienced when you are within its energy field. At Guncha the panoramic views spread far beyond what the naked eye can see, there is a complete experience that becomes known to the admirer. The human spirit has a natural tendency for expansion, just as our energy cannot be contained and needs to be expended for renewal and rejuvenation, we naturally yearn for growth of the spirit and this is what the HGD Resort collections celebrate. As we speak so we become? So we choose to use the best of the best to crown the highest frequency in the chakra systems, the Sahasrara, the crown. When can I book my stay at Guncha?
Currently, the premises are closed however will be reopening from Spring 2022 March onward. Customers can join our waiting list to be notified first when you can book a room in advance at Guncha. Reservations will begin as early as December 2021 online. Our advance payment and reservations policy continues without any changes. During this time Guncha is streamlining its services and bringing a new face to the premises and we hope our guests make their stay a memorable one. You will find a new and improved version of the existing space.
